From the Archive: Sunset over Horwich
Hi All,
I’ve been scanning through my back catalogue of flickr images over the last few days (now up to 736 images), and i’ve discovered a few little gems that i’d totally forgotton about.
This image was taken way back in December 2009 on Chorley Old Road, Horwich. Its of the view looking over Horwich towards Wigan (approx. location here). It was originally blogged here.
It was taken using a D40 and with 18/55mm kit lens. 30 seconds at f22.
I remember it being a freezing evening, even though I was only out of the car for less than 5 minutes to grab the image, my hands had turned blue
